Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employee files
- Draft resolutions
- Dispatch onboarding materials, invitation letters, and business trip decisions
- Log working hours
- Manage absence records
- Process documentation for employee leave
- Register/deregister employees on the CROSO portal (under senior guidance)
- Manage private health insurance enrollments/cards
- Help coordinate mandatory medical exams
- Maintain accurate database records
- Organize and archive official documents
- Perform regular data entry updates
- Handle printing, scanning, document uploads
- Answer main office calls
- Manage office supplies
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the Legal & Administration team
Requirements
- High school diploma / IV level of any education
- Good knowledge of English language
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proactive time management
