Responsibilities
- Support communication & translation between data center and local government/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of the data center site in all aspects
- Collaborate with the substation manager to coordinate power supply and related operational matters, ensuring compliance with federal policies
- Liaise with Ethiopian Telecom and Safaricom for internet and network services
- Oversee procurement of food, beverages, and other necessities for expatriate staff
- Follow up on progress, negotiation and implementation in accordance with deadlines of the project
- Maintain and update internal data sets; perform daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis and reporting on site operations for Managers
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Support HR functions for the site, including employee records, recruitment, and other HR-related activities – team bonding and integration
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars with locals
- Maintain office supplies inventory and support financial tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash)
- Provide temporary driver support as needed, ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff or materials
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite (e.g. excel/Google Sheets, word/Google doc)
- Strong in excel and data analysis, in order to identify business data trends in a timely manner, monitor abnormal data trends, and assist the business in problem analysis and resolution
- Good stakeholder management skills - good judgment and ability to assess situation

- Bilingual in both English and Afaan Oromoo is preferred to communicate with both internal and external parties
