University of Massachusetts Global (UMass Global) seeks an Adjunct Faculty member in Applied Behavioral Analysis to deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction within our School of Education. You will bring real-world expertise and a commitment to fostering academic excellence in an online learning environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach, mentor, and supervise students.
- Prepare and deliver course content and assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff as needed.
- Utilize specific technologies and tools, such as our Learning Management System (LMS) and video platforms.
- Attend required meetings, training, and development sessions.
- Provide timely feedback, academic support, and guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Current certification as a BCBA or BCBA-D.
- Hold a doctoral degree and have completed all required behavior-analytic coursework.
- A minimum of three cumulative years of full-time teaching and research experience at an accredited higher education institution within the past five years.
- Currently enrolled in a behavior-analytic doctoral program (e.g., an ABAI-accredited doctoral program), either at UMass Global or another institution with a BCBA-level Verified Course Sequence (VCS), and have completed all required coursework.
- Hold a doctoral degree from an ABAI-accredited program.
- Hold a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution and currently serve in a faculty position within an ABAI-accredited program.
- Hold a doctoral degree from an accredited institution and have a demonstrated minimum five-year track record of meritorious contributions to the field of behavior analysis.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
