【职位描述】 Position Overview: The RPP Project manager has the overall responsibility for the results of handling RPP project management towards RPP Target, with a focus on achieving target PPC and design-to-cost objectives. The role involves the end-to-end management of project phases, from idea generation and feasibility studies to measures implementation and reporting. Responsibilities： •Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions of: •-Technique/specification •-Development costs •-Product costs •-Schedules •-Quality •Systematically handling RPP projects management towards RPP target •Leading RPP idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation •Establish and maintain a project organization with clear communication, reporting structures, and defined roles. •Lead the project members and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project •Specify manufacture requirements, freeze current requirements status and review •Set up, track and regular update: •Sample definition and plan •Project plan •Cost controlling •Change requirement •Risk management •Quality management
