About the Role
The position is responsible for managing digital media operations across APAC, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with regional and global marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across APAC markets
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to align media plans with business goals
- Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and platform policies
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
- Optimize media spend based on performance data and regional insights
- Serve as primary contact for media vendors and third-party agencies
- Lead troubleshooting for technical or operational issues in campaign delivery
- Maintain accurate records of media assets, budgets, and campaign timelines
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad formats meet technical requirements
- Support regional go-to-market initiatives with media planning expertise
- Track and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Implement tagging and tracking solutions for performance measurement
- Facilitate cross-regional knowledge sharing on media best practices
- Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates
- Ensure brand consistency across all media touchpoints in the region
- Manage onboarding and training for new media tools and platforms
- Evaluate new advertising technologies for regional adoption
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on data privacy requirements
- Lead post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future efforts
- Support budget planning and forecasting for media operations
- Drive standardization of media operations processes across APAC
- Work closely with Japan team to address market-specific requirements
- Ensure timely localization of campaigns for cultural relevance
- Escalate systemic issues to global operations teams when needed
- Maintain documentation for media workflows and vendor contracts
