Accurate Background seeks a Senior RPA Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end automation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Design, build, test, and implement robust RPA solutions
- Maintain and monitor existing automation workflows for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Document process designs, solution architecture, and deployment procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions
- Proven expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Strong programming skills in languages like C#, VB.NET, or Python
- Experience with process analysis, design, and documentation methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Thane, Mumbai, India.
