Responsibilities

• Assist stores by granting override authorizations and reviewing customer credit accounts
• Collaborate with store teams to diagnose and fix customer account and invoice problems
• Handle incoming customer calls regarding payment posting errors, sales tax inquiries, invoice requests, and overdue accounts
• Explain credit policies to customers in a clear and understandable manner
• Track overdue accounts and perform outbound collection calls along with follow-up communications
• Accurately record customer payments and investigate account discrepancies
• Balance customer accounts, addressing payment issues, sales tax corrections, and billing mistakes
• Respond to assigned calls promptly and maintain records to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use collections systems to monitor overdue invoices and keep collection statuses up to date
