Responsibilities
- Manage the complete monthly and quarterly close cycles for all international entities, ensuring accurate and timely general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements.
- Lead global intercompany activities such as billing, cash settlements, transfer pricing implementation, foreign exchange impact analysis, and preparation of elimination entries.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data teams to integrate new intercompany agreements, entity formations, and transfer pricing models into efficient, scalable workflows.
- Design, implement, and document internal controls compliant with SOX standards across general ledger and intercompany processes.
- Lead key general ledger initiatives including integration of acquisitions, setup of new legal entities, and system improvements in NetSuite.
- Develop direct reports through mentorship and support a culture focused on continuous improvement and professional advancement.
