Who We Are Looking for and What You Will Do as an Accounting Manager Rise Wellness, a subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee critical accounting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position leads accounting processes, strengthens internal controls, and drives continuous improvement. Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time Support internal and external audit processes Supervise and support employees by performing periodic reviews and supporting their professional development Coordinate Accounting and non-accounting personnel to ensure the accurate and timely closing of fiscal periods Continuously work to identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related degree required CPA certification preferred 5+ years of accounting experience, managing accounting operations, preferably in a public company Experience with large ERP platforms, Oracle ERP preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong communication skills Educated use of GAAP in analyzing and recording financial information Insight, expertise and attention to detail in assigned function Ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and make sound business decisions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment *Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City.
