Greenbuddies s.r.o. is seeking an Account Manager for Italy to drive sales and business development in the Italian market. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and analyzing market conditions within a company of 51-200 employees.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for business development and sales across Italy.
- Participate in preparing the annual sales plan.
- Identify target customers and conduct market research.
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets according to the approved sales plan.
- Analyze market price levels and current government funding programs.
- Manage contact and accounts for existing clients through key account management.
- Support the execution of current projects.

- Commercial, technical, or business education.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Willingness to have compensation largely dependent on rewards for actual results achieved.
- Standard PC user skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Italy and occasionally to Prague.

- Ideal experience from projects in the renewable energy sector.
