Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships, guiding onboarding, growth, optimization, and sustained success on the platform.
  • Gain expertise in modern retail media and marketplace monetization, including sponsored advertising, auction dynamics, ad relevance, and performance strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and convert them into effective platform-driven plans.
  • Evaluate campaign and marketplace performance data to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work across teams including product, engineering, support, and commercial functions to resolve issues and advance customer results.
  • Lead client discussions, performance reviews, and strategic planning with confidence and clarity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while contributing to the evolution of retail media systems.
  • Succeed in a dynamic environment marked by shifting priorities, high accountability, and continuous learning.
