Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying digital guest management platforms
- Ensure guest management tools are intuitive, effective, and reflect sponsor branding
- Guide the ticketing team in system navigation and functionality
- Define and promote optimal practices for system utilization
- Track adoption and usage of ticketing systems
- Train and assist client-appointed Ticket Managers
- Place ticket orders through UEFA systems according to client specifications per match
- Guarantee all ticket order deadlines are strictly adhered to
- Distribute match tickets in accordance with client allocations
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tickets to guests and stakeholders
- Serve as a knowledgeable and dependable member of the account management team
- Support both junior and senior team members to meet client objectives
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Deliver exceptional service to fulfill client expectations
- Collaborate regularly with UEFA and TEAM, UEFA’s marketing agency, across the season
- Manage operations for multiple match days concurrently
- Ensure all project deadlines are met and stakeholders updated
- Maintain accurate and current records in project management tools
- Assist the Account Executive with organizing internal and external meetings
- Ensure meeting logistics, calendar invites, agendas, and minutes are properly managed
- Submit accurate timesheets on schedule
- Generate purchase orders as needed
- Monitor and track invoice payment statuses
- Maintain up-to-date internal budget records
- Operate effectively during and around UEFA match day schedules

Account team supporting junior and senior staff, reporting to the Account Director

- Flexibility to work in the London office with occasional travel within the UK and internationally
- On-site presence required during events
- Some weekend work is necessary
- This is a full-time position
