About the Role
The Account Manager will manage client portfolios, ensure service quality, and act as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers within a travel services environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests
- Track account performance using reporting tools

- Maintain accurate client records in the system
- Support onboarding of new clients

- Assist in preparing client reviews and summaries

- Support cross-selling initiatives when appropriate
