About the Role

The Account Manager will manage client portfolios, ensure service quality, and act as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers within a travel services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests
  • Track account performance using reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement
  • Maintain accurate client records in the system
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Communicate service updates to assigned accounts
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up on client feedback and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing on client-specific campaigns
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and summaries
  • Manage account documentation and contracts
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide input for service development based on client needs
  • Attend regular team meetings and training
  • Report on account health and retention metrics
  • Support cross-selling initiatives when appropriate
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Adapt to changing client requirements promptly
  • Uphold company policies in all client interactions
  • Participate in process improvement efforts
  • Respond to client inquiries within defined timeframes
  • Contribute to team goals and performance targets
