About the Role

The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients, primarily in the Nordic market, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive support, accurate information delivery, and coordination with operations and reservations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients in the Nordic region
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill service requests
  • Monitor booking processes and client reservations
  • Communicate service updates and changes to clients
  • Support onboarding of new client partners
  • Track and report client feedback and satisfaction levels
  • Assist in resolving service-related issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and policies
  • Liaise with reservations and operations teams for seamless delivery
  • Follow up on pending client actions and documentation
  • Provide input for service improvement initiatives
  • Manage account documentation and correspondence
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment
  • Knowledge of Nordic travel preferences and behaviors
  • Familiarity with reservation systems
  • Previous work with international clients
  • Understanding of customer success principles
