About the Role
The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients, primarily in the Nordic market, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive support, accurate information delivery, and coordination with operations and reservations teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients in the Nordic region
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill service requests
- Monitor booking processes and client reservations
- Communicate service updates and changes to clients
- Support onboarding of new client partners
- Track and report client feedback and satisfaction levels
- Assist in resolving service-related issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and policies
- Liaise with reservations and operations teams for seamless delivery
- Follow up on pending client actions and documentation
- Provide input for service improvement initiatives
- Manage account documentation and correspondence
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
Nice to Have
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment
- Knowledge of Nordic travel preferences and behaviors
- Familiarity with reservation systems
- Previous work with international clients
- Understanding of customer success principles
