Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver financial statements, forecasts, and budget analyses for clients
- Address client questions and requests promptly, sharing relevant details with internal teams as necessary
- Coordinate with leadership from bookkeeping and tax departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee cash flow by examining bank records and authorizing fund transfers when required
- Track credit card transactions, monitor for signs of fraud, and identify potential credit rating concerns
- Perform research on tax regulations and support multi-state or international tax planning, including approvals for overseas performances
- Set up new client accounts, including establishing banking relationships
- Support clients with major acquisitions such as real estate and vehicles
- Partner with internal specialists to manage contracts, royalty disbursements, and tailored financial planning
- Facilitate additional financial activities including 1099 processing and periodic tax filings
- Complete various client-driven assignments as assigned
