Activate Talent is hiring an Account Manager (Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of 20 client accounts with a focus on retention and sustained growth
  • Act as the main liaison for all client interactions and ongoing relationship management
  • Lead regular client meetings covering performance analysis, strategic planning, and campaign design
  • Design and optimize paid social media strategies, particularly on Meta advertising channels
  • Convert campaign data into clear, practical insights and strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with design, ad operations, and analytics teams to support campaign execution
  • Oversee creative development timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule
  • Set transparent expectations with clients and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Spot performance issues early and adjust strategies to enhance results
  • Handle multiple client demands and deadlines efficiently across a busy account load
  • Bridge client objectives with internal execution teams to ensure alignment
  • Support improvements in internal workflows, reporting standards, and client engagement practices
