Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Korean-speaking contact for brand partners, handling all client communication in Korean and translating essential materials and updates between Korean and English.
- Lead regular client meetings by preparing agendas, documenting notes, tracking action items, and distributing summaries for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, aligned with Korean Standard Time schedules.
- Develop and maintain 30-60-90 day plans for each client, updating stakeholders weekly on progress, timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Create client-facing updates and presentation content, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights in both Korean and English as needed.
- Manage client support tickets, resolve blockers, and ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams and time zones.
- Oversee daily management of Seller Center operations, including product detail page audits, catalog updates, compliance checks, and review of Korean-language product content.
- Track and report on account health metrics such as late dispatch rates, tracking validity, and cancellation or refund trends, escalating risks proactively.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns like bundles, discounts, and seasonal events with content and media teams, aligned with K-beauty industry calendars and cultural moments.
- Support resolution of policy or approval issues by compiling evidence, timelines, and documentation for escalations.
- Develop detailed briefs for creative and content teams, managing revisions against service level agreements and ensuring cultural and brand-specific accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to monitor fulfillment readiness and customer experience, particularly for cross-border shipments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records including trackers, promotional calendars, and client documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance checks before campaign or product launches to verify accuracy, pricing, links, eligibility, and compliance.
- Contribute to the evolution of team processes by refining playbooks and standard operating procedures based on retrospective learnings.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken Korean; serves as the main Korean-language liaison for brand partners.
- Willingness and ability to work during Korean Standard Time business hours when necessary for real-time client communication.
- 1 to 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, consulting, or client-facing roles, preferably within agency or marketplace environments.
- Proven project management skills, including task tracking, timeline management, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, including dashboards, filters, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English, with a focus on client service and clarity.
- Familiarity with TikTok as a user and enthusiasm to learn TikTok Shop; training will be provided on internal processes.
