Axonify is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, focusing on building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives to ensure our solutions deliver value.
- Proactively manage client accounts to foster satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and coordinate service delivery.
