About the Role

The Account Manager II oversees ongoing relationships with issuing clients, focusing on service quality, contract adherence, and performance optimization. This position acts as a primary point of contact for issue resolution and strategic account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with issuing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for performance enhancement
  • Serve as the main contact for escalations and critical issue resolution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client needs promptly
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for assigned accounts
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance
  • Drive adoption of new features and service offerings
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and actions
  • Analyze client usage patterns to identify risks or opportunities
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and service requests
  • Work with legal and compliance to address regulatory concerns
  • Assist in contract renewal discussions and preparations
  • Monitor financial performance of client relationships
  • Promote best practices in client communication and support
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management workflows
  • Support internal audits related to client operations
