Optasia is hiring an Account Manager, Fintech

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts with moderate independence, collaborating with regional leadership to ensure commercial and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, maintaining consistent communication to uphold service standards and engagement.
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, positioning the company as a strategic technology partner.
  • Lead continuous account performance reviews by monitoring KPIs, spotting risks and opportunities, and initiating corrective or growth actions.
  • Evaluate, confirm, and interpret client needs—such as operational workflows, product usage, and future plans—to shape targeted initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and client performance metrics to identify optimization, upsell, and expansion potential.
  • Deliver structured updates on account health, product utilization, project progress, and emerging risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate contract execution and service delivery across departments, managing escalations when necessary.
  • Support achievement of service, financial, and operational goals, including SLA adherence, KPIs, and revenue targets, while assisting with billing and payment processes.
