Responsibilities
- Maintain strong ties with existing clients and lead the charge in acquiring new business through persuasive proposal pitching.
- Recommend cross-channel marketing strategies and consult with clients on project requirements to ensure their goals are met.
- Confidently present campaign pitches and manage budget allocations to maximize ROI.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including content creation, social media management, and business analytics.
- Coordinate with internal digital media, creative, and operations teams (or 3rd party partners) to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Monitor work progress and maintain proactive communication with clients at every stage of the project.
- Prepare and present performance reviews to clients and management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive or Account Management role.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work on-site at the office in Bang Na, with a willingness to visit clients or attend business events as needed.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
