Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an organized B2B sales pipeline
- Assessing and validating incoming and outgoing sales leads
- Identifying target clients and ranking potential business prospects
- Coordinating timely follow-ups to advance deals through the sales cycle
- Creating sales documentation, summaries, and proposals in collaboration with technical staff
- Conducting initial client calls to uncover business requirements
- Assisting in contract discussions and finalizing agreements
- Nurturing relationships with both prospective and current clients
- Spotting opportunities for additional product or service sales
- Implementing systematic approaches in CRM usage, reporting, and sales processes
- Tracking the health of the sales pipeline, including conversion metrics and next actions
- Collaborating directly with company founders and technical specialists to align sales with delivery capabilities
Compensation
Base: at least 12 000 - 14 000 PLN net B2B, Commission: % of contract value for the first 12 months per client
