About the Role
This position is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve value from services through structured support, clear communication, and coordinated internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients throughout their lifecycle

- Monitor client progress and adoption of services to ensure successful outcomes

- Support renewal planning and contract extension discussions

- Escalate product or service concerns to appropriate departments
- Deliver updates on service improvements and new features
- Collaborate with sales during transition from pre- to post-sale stages
- Develop understanding of client business goals and objectives
- Provide input for client success strategies based on field insights
- Assist in preparing business review materials for client meetings
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and support timelines
- Manage documentation for account plans and success milestones
- Facilitate training sessions or knowledge transfer as needed
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Maintain professionalism and consistency in all communications
