FreeWill is hiring an Account Manager (Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure nonprofits renew their annual subscriptions and continue partnering with us.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships by introducing additional fundraising tools and adding value.
  • Build warm, dynamic relationships with partners, making them feel valued and supported.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges both internally and externally.
  • Develop scalable tactics and processes to support team and partnership growth.
  • Understand partner needs and communicate them to the internal team.
  • Lead renewal and upsell meetings, prioritizing partner goals in all communications.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success Strategists to understand the partner journey before renewal.
  • Create and present tailored renewal and expansion plans, managing deals ahead of deadlines and anticipating issues.
  • Represent nonprofit partner needs across the company to influence product development and value delivery.
  • Inform partners about new FreeWill developments and proactively offer value.
  • Maintain and improve the renewals and upsells project management system, keeping CRM records accurate for scheduling and forecasting.
  • Share feedback, customer success techniques, and industry trends with the broader team.
