Responsibilities
- Execute compliant advertising campaigns using digital platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Develop media strategies aligned with client-defined KPIs and desired business outcomes.
- Demonstrate understanding of digital measurement techniques and tracking tools, including third-party solutions like Google Analytics.
- Utilize advanced functionalities in native and external digital campaign management systems, including automation, bid rules, and audience targeting.
- Design and apply testing methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness relative to KPIs.
- Perform routine optimizations to improve campaign performance metrics.
- Generate client reports, analyze results, and derive actionable insights for future planning.
- Support client meetings by preparing and presenting performance summaries and strategic updates.
- Manage personal workload efficiently and deliver outputs on schedule to the Account Director or Manager.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and client contacts on project timelines and proactive initiatives.
- Train junior team members in building effective Paid Search and Social campaigns using industry best practices.
- Complete required financial processes according to agency standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of campaign execution and budget allocation.
- Assist the team in identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows and procedures.
