A Day-in-a-Life of our Account Manager
This role exists because we’re scaling quickly in New Zealand. As an Account Manager at EatClub, you’ll act as the “mayor” of your patch, taking full ownership of your portfolio, building trusted relationships with restaurant operators, and using data to guide decisions. Most days you’ll be in the field visiting partners, helping them succeed and unlocking growth opportunities, and you’ll review performance dashboards, plan interventions, and use your commercial judgment to reduce churn and maximise long-term value. On any given week, you will: - Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory - Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights - Identify risks early and proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations - Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners - Spot and deliver growth opportunities, including campaigns, upsells, and new features - Balance field visits with desk-based planning and analysis - Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve account management processes and reporting - Find new upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Help the business generate new leads and grow your territory
