Responsibilities
- Develop and refine account management strategies using both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics.
- Manage the complete post-contract journey for new and existing clients, including onboarding and continued support.
- Track and maintain revenue forecasts while actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams to align client needs with product development.
- Cultivate strong, consultative client relationships with guidance on trading workflows and platform utilization.
- Maximize long-term contract value by ensuring clients achieve measurable value from their engagement.
- Monitor client health indicators and proactively address engagement and satisfaction metrics.
