Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 mid-market clients, actively seeking opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Create and implement customized strategic plans aligned with each client's business goals and requirements
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service and strong client satisfaction
  • Hold periodic business reviews with key decision-makers to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and uncover new growth avenues
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations while balancing profitability and relationship integrity
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery
  • Keep CRM records current with accurate account details, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity in the assigned region, sharing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
