Responsibilities
- Generate new business by engaging prospects through proactive outreach and inbound leads, working closely with business development and marketing
- Oversee and expand a portfolio of established clients, including managed service providers, IT service providers, and large small-to-medium enterprises
- Act as the main liaison for client communications, handling inquiries and service requests efficiently
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders
- Uncover opportunities for additional sales by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell options
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for new clients, from initial contact through contract closure and handover to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal departments such as platform, product, operations, and finance to deliver tailored solutions
- Assist in the initial onboarding phase for newly acquired customers to ensure smooth integration
- Track customer account performance and deliver regular updates with actionable insights
- Anticipate potential challenges and address them proactively to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
