Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of current clients to promote adoption of new offerings in close coordination with the ASM team
- Lead the renewal cycle, ensuring contract continuations and identifying opportunities to expand user licenses
- Conduct account research to pinpoint decision-makers, build interest, and gather business needs
- Keep sales forecasts accurate and current
- Deliver reports on sales efforts and initiatives to management as needed
- Stay informed on key competitors to strengthen communication of the company's value proposition
- Ensure Salesforce.com records for leads, opportunities, and accounts are correct and current
- Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Build professional networks, strengthen client relationships, align internal teams to resolve issues, and support service agreement execution
- Complete additional assignments as directed
