FloQast is hiring an Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of current clients to promote adoption of new offerings in close coordination with the ASM team
  • Lead the renewal cycle, ensuring contract continuations and identifying opportunities to expand user licenses
  • Conduct account research to pinpoint decision-makers, build interest, and gather business needs
  • Keep sales forecasts accurate and current
  • Deliver reports on sales efforts and initiatives to management as needed
  • Stay informed on key competitors to strengthen communication of the company's value proposition
  • Ensure Salesforce.com records for leads, opportunities, and accounts are correct and current
  • Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Build professional networks, strengthen client relationships, align internal teams to resolve issues, and support service agreement execution
  • Complete additional assignments as directed
