Responsibilities
- Manage internal workflows for designated clients, ensuring smooth progression through review, design, and production phases
- Support the creation of direct mail, digital content, and client proposals, including preparation of copy submission documentation
- Conduct broad and targeted research for campaign planning, as well as sourcing visuals and creative assets for design needs
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, covering contract management through to invoicing
- Review and proofread drafts and final versions of mail communications for accuracy and quality
