Responsibilities
- Act as the main commercial liaison for a portfolio of rapidly growing clients contributing substantially to monthly recurring revenue.
- Maintain and oversee a pipeline of growth opportunities within the CRM, tracking upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and increases in transaction volume.
- Drive revenue growth initiatives from concept to completion by identifying new use cases, supporting technical validation, resolving pricing or contract obstacles, and ensuring product adoption.
- Engage daily with client stakeholders at all levels—including executives, product teams, engineers, and operations—via Slack, Zoom, email, and in-person meetings.
- Proactively identify and communicate insights related to product usage and payer activity to resolve barriers to broader adoption.
- Work closely with solutions engineering, payer operations, data analytics, and leadership teams to support customer success and engagement.
