About the Role
The Account Lead will oversee client relationships across the Middle East, ensuring successful delivery of fintech ancillary services. This role combines strategic account management with operational support, focusing on growth, retention, and client satisfaction within a remote-first environment based in Oman.
Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts across the Middle East region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and strategy
- Monitor account performance and ensure delivery against KPIs
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and execution
- Lead regular client reviews and business planning sessions
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
- Stay informed about fintech trends and regulatory changes in the region
- Support onboarding of new clients in coordination with implementation teams
- Drive retention through proactive relationship management
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client needs
- Coordinate with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Track and report on revenue and growth metrics monthly
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on fintech ancillary solutions
- Facilitate cross-border collaboration where applicable
- Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and commercial domains
- Support sales efforts during renewal and upsell cycles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings
- Contribute to internal strategy discussions on regional market development
- Ensure client data confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards
- Work closely with finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Participate in training programs to enhance client engagement skills
- Assist in the development of client success benchmarks
