What You'll Do
- Exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets by developing and executing strategic account plans across financial services organizations.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives and business leaders to understand challenges and position high-value solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design and propose solutions that address core banking, mobile, and integration needs.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives that support client outcomes from initial engagement through solution adoption.
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources to expand account penetration and outperform competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Proven network within U.S. community banks and credit unions.
- Deep familiarity with financial services technology, including core banking systems, middleware, front-end and back-end platforms.
- Experience working alongside IT departments and technical stakeholders during sales cycles.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across teams and manage complex negotiations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with a track record in international or multicultural environments.
- Independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results without oversight.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% as needed.
