Requirements
- 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment
- Knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools (Apollo, Surfe, etc.)
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes
- Confident with senior operators; excellent emails/proposals; calm, direct objection handling (especially “are you a marketplace?”)
- Able to learn repairer workflows and systems (BMS, invoicing etc) and translate them into practical implementation steps
- Eager to learn. Record your calls (Loom/Gong), listen to feedback, and actively try to get 1% better every day
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes
- Valid UK driving licence

Additional Information
- Travel to customer sites required. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Travel to the nearest Hub for 1 week per quarter for our “Season Openers” (we pay for your travel and accommodation).
