Responsibilities
- Conquering the market - Work across the ecosystem and introduce Tandem to the public and private healthcare services in Spain.
- Develop proposals and deliver pitches to potential new clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals.
- Help build the local customer success team to onboard new customers, ensure they fully start to use Tandem, and continue to love the product.
- Contribute to product development to make sure Tandem’s copilot is optimal for your market.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, competitor offerings and our differentiation.
Requirements
- significant experience selling software or medical devices to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies.
- a strong record of accomplishment of winning new business in both the private and public healthcare sectors.
- a strong local network and a deep understanding of the health ecosystem.
- excellent leadership and communication skills.
- operate independently but also are collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
- thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re engaged in a broad range of activities.
Nice to Have
- Background in medicine, med tech or health tech.
- Experience of industry regulations in the medical device sectors and for AI in healthcare.
- Previous startup experience.
