Responsibilities

  • Conquering the market - Work across the ecosystem and introduce Tandem to the public and private healthcare services in Spain.
  • Develop proposals and deliver pitches to potential new clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals.
  • Help build the local customer success team to onboard new customers, ensure they fully start to use Tandem, and continue to love the product.
  • Contribute to product development to make sure Tandem’s copilot is optimal for your market.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, competitor offerings and our differentiation.

Requirements

  • significant experience selling software or medical devices to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies.
  • a strong record of accomplishment of winning new business in both the private and public healthcare sectors.
  • a strong local network and a deep understanding of the health ecosystem.
  • excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • operate independently but also are collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
  • thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re engaged in a broad range of activities.

Nice to Have

  • Background in medicine, med tech or health tech.
  • Experience of industry regulations in the medical device sectors and for AI in healthcare.
  • Previous startup experience.
