Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process for new small and medium business prospects, from initial outreach to final contract and onboarding
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies targeting a defined set of accounts to generate and close new business
- Collaborate with sales development representatives to pinpoint target companies, refine outreach messaging, and build a qualified sales pipeline, while also identifying prospects independently
- Conduct advisory-style sales discussions with business founders, operators, and key personnel in finance, product, and engineering roles
- Identify customer challenges and strategic goals, and align product offerings to address needs while establishing trust with decision-makers
- Guide commercial negotiation strategy to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and potential clients
- Ensure high standards for sales pipeline integrity, forecasting precision, and operational discipline
