This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering strategic solutions that align with customer goals and drive retention.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients
- Conduct strategic sales conversations to understand client challenges and objectives
- Present customized solutions that address specific customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and forecast accuracy
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Advocate for customer needs internally to improve product offerings
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client use cases
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with procurement teams
- Support the development of case studies and success stories
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales ethics
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with campaign initiatives
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
