Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including outbound activities, online demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Develop and expand a robust pipeline across all industries within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with local integrators, resellers, and channel partners.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product suite and its application to the South Korean market and the broader physical security ecosystem.
- Work with Solutions Engineers to deliver customized technical demonstrations and ensure successful product implementations.
- Provide market feedback from South Korea to influence regional strategy and product enhancements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the adoption of cloud-managed physical security solutions.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, prospect engagements, and site visits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate and influence complex sales cycles.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to educate and advise clients within South Korea's unique business culture.
- Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environments.
- Tenacity, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

- Probation period: 6 months.
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 8 hours work with 60-minute lunch break.
