Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential property owners for suitability as hosts through targeted research and qualification processes.
- Implement outreach initiatives using cold calls, emails, and networking to engage traditional property owners.
- Lead discovery conversations and meetings with property owners to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Communicate the core advantages of the hosting model, including revenue growth, operational ease, and community impact.
- Establish trust-based relationships by serving as a reliable advisor to property owners throughout the decision-making journey.
- Design customized hosting proposals based on individual property and financial conditions, including compliance and feasibility assessments.
- Guide prospects through negotiations, decision stages, and final agreement execution to secure onboarding commitments.
- Work closely with internal onboarding teams to ensure accurate transfer of property details and smooth integration for new hosts.
- Maintain precise records in CRM tools, monitoring outreach efforts, conversion metrics, and performance indicators.
- Stay informed on real estate trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to enhance messaging and strategy.
- Plan and lead educational events, such as webinars or in-person sessions, to inform property owners and correct common misunderstandings.
