Driftrock Limited is looking for an Account Executive (Sales) to grow revenue across the EMEA region. You will manage the entire sales cycle with enterprise and commercial-level accounts, winning both new and expansion business. This is the second hire in our New Business team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect and grow a patch of opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise automotive brands and media agencies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from outbound, discovery to deal management.
- Source opportunities using multi-channel outreach and build multi-channel sequences.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points using methodologies like MEDDIC or BANT.
- Present and deliver impactful presentations to coordinate discovery sessions.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to close contracts.
- Create value-based proposals and business cases that prove ROI for customers.
- Collaborate with customers and agencies to create tailored marketing plans based on their objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Ability to produce own book of business using a multi-channel approach to outbound.
- Proven success in value selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market businesses.
- Track record of sourcing and closing net new meetings.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience working with contract cycles between 6-12 months.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with decision-makers at all organisational levels, across multiple regions / markets.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong account planning and strategic decision making.
- Proven experience working remotely and capable of managing tasks independently.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience within a SaaS company or digital marketing technology.
- Understanding of the automotive industry.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of 28 as the second hire in the New Business team. You will report to the Head of Sales.

Work Mode
