Hospitable is hiring an Account Executive to join our fully remote team in North America. In this role, you will own the inbound sales process for our SaaS product designed for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving quarterly targets in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
- Guide inbound leads to determine if our solution is the best fit for their business via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide product demonstrations, webinars, and onboarding sessions via Google Meet.
- Become a client-facing expert on our constantly innovating software.
- Manage a sales pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
- Create and test new email templates and sequences in HubSpot to engage leads.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Understand the unique needs of short-term rental hosts and report feedback to the team.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales processes to enable team and company growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales.
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine care for the impact your work has on your team and the company.
- Attention to detail and an eagerness for constant improvement.
- Experience in a solution-based sales environment.
- The focus and discipline to thrive in high-volume sales.
- A willingness to suggest and try new approaches.

Nice to Have
- Direct experience as an Airbnb host or with a short-term rental business.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, Airbnb, STR, Vacation Rentals, or Startups.

- Total compensation budget: USD $69,262 - $87,000, adjusted for cost of living.
- For US employees: Salary range of USD $58,872.87 - USD $73,950.00.
