Responsibilities
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts within a designated Australian territory, primarily targeting companies with 200+ employees
- Create and implement a structured plan for territory management, leveraging outbound prospecting, partner networks, and inbound leads to build a consistent sales pipeline
- Engage with IT executives, security officers, and CISOs through consultative discussions that align identity challenges with secure access solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including initial contact, needs assessment, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, and deal closure, supported by technical and customer success teams
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and ensure accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems for all opportunities
- Work closely with channel partners and regional teams across APAC, including marketing and pre-sales, to drive joint opportunities and share market insights
- Participate in industry events, client meetings, and partner functions throughout the Asia-Pacific region
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through emerging issues in SaaS security, AI-related access risks, and identity governance
