EdSights is hiring an Account Executive

About the Role

The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring they achieve value from the platform. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a client-first mindset to support retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and usage patterns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to key stakeholders
  • Track and report on client health metrics and engagement levels
  • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client discussions
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all client interactions
  • Stay informed about product updates to guide client adoption
  • Develop tailored success plans aligned with client objectives
  • Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate support teams
  • Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Support onboarding for new clients within the portfolio
  • Monitor contract compliance and service-level agreements
  • Coordinate with marketing on client engagement campaigns
  • Participate in client retention initiatives and renewal planning
  • Use data to anticipate client challenges and recommend solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's institutional landscape
  • Drive adoption of new features through targeted outreach
  • Facilitate client reference opportunities and case study participation
