Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete sales process for mid-market clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
- Perform initial discovery conversations, present product demonstrations, and deliver tailored proposals
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and ensure up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM system
- Handle contract negotiations and finalize agreements in line with revenue goals
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure effective post-sale transitions
