Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Oversee a varied portfolio of deals, ranging from fast-moving mid-market opportunities to long-term enterprise engagements.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives to build territory strategies and outbound campaigns, offering guidance to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through solution presentation to final procurement.
- Engage with technical teams and leadership, such as data engineers and FinOps specialists, to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Work alongside Solution Engineering to deliver technically grounded discussions that emphasize platform advantages.
- Design and manage multi-channel outreach efforts using email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and cultivate new sales leads.
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in FinOps and data engineering to offer informed, high-impact solutions.
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives aimed at improving sales methodologies and strengthening the sales environment.
