Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and pipeline targets with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional experience to potential customers
- Develop a strategic territory plan for selling Kubernetes optimization technology
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering to lead value-driven, solution-oriented sales discussions
- Lead customers through the full business lifecycle, driving business development, accurate forecasting, and strategic goal achievement
- Improve the sales process by reducing purchase barriers and accelerating adoption of optimization solutions
- Support territory strategy by identifying and cultivating new business growth opportunities
- Analyze complex customer needs from both business and technical perspectives
- Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns and ensure customer feedback is accurately captured
