Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their financial circumstances
- Assess client eligibility for debt settlement programs
- Explain how debt settlement works and what clients can expect
- Develop customized financial action plans based on individual needs
- Communicate regularly with clients to track progress and address concerns
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account changes
- Educate clients on budgeting and financial responsibility
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Follow up with clients to confirm payment arrangements
- Monitor client accounts for changes in status or eligibility
- Assist in resolving disputes or issues with creditors
- Provide updates on program performance and outcomes
- Support clients through emotional or stressful financial situations
- Identify opportunities for additional financial guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client service
- Meet performance goals related to client retention and satisfaction
- Stay current on changes in debt management regulations
- Use CRM tools to manage client information and communications
