About the Role
We are building a new global business unit focused on Agentic AI, operating as a fast-moving team within the company. This initiative has gained strong traction with customers and early adopters, and we are now scaling rapidly with a team of high-performing individuals committed to delivering rapid AI-driven business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to cross-sell the Agentic Platform to current customers while also targeting new enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with core sales, product, and marketing teams to advance the platform’s market presence.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from pipeline creation and lead qualification to driving post-sale expansion.
- Master the technical and strategic aspects of the platform and its AI-powered agent capabilities.
- Identify and deeply understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Initiate difficult but necessary discussions and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous learning to stay ahead of market trends and position as a subject matter expert.
- Operate as part of a remote-first team with regular in-person engagement through 20-30% travel.
