Workato is hiring an Account Executive, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to cross-sell the Agentic Platform to current clients
  • Actively target and acquire new customers
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to post-sale expansion
  • Support the primary sales strategy through close team collaboration
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive business growth
  • Master the platform’s AI and Agentic capabilities and value proposition
  • Identify and interpret customer needs with strong consultative skills
  • Initiate challenging discussions and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain deep industry and technical knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Operate within a distributed team environment with regular travel
